Review: Primark ankle boots

Hi!
As you might have been able to read on my "About Me" page, one of my favourite pair of shoes is my pair of ankle boots that I got at Primark. I don't shop at Primark often but when I went to Germany to go to the Christmas-markets, my friend's shoes broke and so we went to Primark to find a pair of cheap-substitute shoes. While there, I saw those really pretty boots. And so I bought them ;).

♥ Durability
Because I only just bought those boots, I can't say anything about their durability. But for now they have been holding on really well. Because there is no zipper, there is no chance of a zipper getting stuck (duh...), so that might make them more durable. I haven't experienced any of the parts breaking yet. :)

♥ Comfortability
Personally, I get cold feet really easily and quickly. Especially in the winter, if I don't wear shoes that have anything like wool on the inside, my feet get cold. This pair of boots does have wool inside, although it's only a thin layer. However, that is definitely okay because those boots do really keep my feet warm.
Another advantage of those boots is the fact that they are a 'wide-fit'. I myself have quiet narrow feet and it was only when I came home that I saw the "wide-fit" written on the inside, but it is still quiet comfortable. I don't feel like my feet are being compressed or anything. Because the size itself is good as well, my feet don't slip-out of the boots either, which in itself is of course really important.
But also, if you do have wide feet, those shoes will most likely fit you. :)

♥ Flexibility
The flexibility of this pair of shoes is high. Although not uncomfortable, you might have to reconsider buying / wearing those shoes if you have any kind of problem with your feet and possibly even your knees. The flexibility in combination with the wide-fit don't make a good combination if you need some extra support.

♥ Appearance
I personally, as I mentioned, really like those boots. Because they are brown they are easy to style and fit with a lot of outfits, as long as your outfit is boot-proof. Also, the small details make the shoes less boring; the little bit of wool that is visible at the top of the boots makes the boots look a bit cosy and wintery. The little belt-like structure makes the boots a little more edgy, none-the-less very feminine and a little less plain. The same goes for the 'folds'. :)

♥ Price
The price is of course a major pro of this pair of shoes. While originally €30,- I believe (already super cheap of course!), I only paid - I believe - €12,- because there was a sale. Incredibly, right?!

So, to conclude, I'm a really big fan of those shoes. What's your opinion on those shoes? Do you have a favourite pair of shoes?

Just a little side-note: I do consider where and under which circumstances clothing, shoes and make-up are made. This is also the reason I don't shop at Primark regularly. Still, Primark is currently a 'C' company, and although they have a long way to go to become an 'A' company, products sold at Primark are produced under better circumstances than the products from, let's say, V&D and under equally bad circumstances as products from H&M. Having said that, I am in no way trying to be supportive of the current circumstances. ;)
